GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Workday HCM Platform.?This position requires familiarity with a variety of tasks that require a certain degree of analytical skills, creativity and latitude.?This position acts as a resource for all levels of personnel within the organization and is designated as a super-user, providing day-to-day user support. The position troubleshoots, resolves and provides process improvement recommendations and is expected to work independently. In addition, the position will assist in leading projects involving the implementation of new functionality within Workday. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Provides Project Management support to the Human Resources department relating to Workday initiatives and projects Serves as subject matter expert for all Time Off and Leave Plans Maintains Security for Timekeeping roles Performs adjustments to Time-off Balances relating to employee job changes Supports Leave Administrator in resolving any issues relating to?leaves of absence and time offs Works with IT team to resolve issues relating to Time Off or Leave Plans Serves as backup to the Senior HRIS Analyst whose focus is on Hires, Employee Job Changes, Supervisory Organizations, Job Requisitions and Positions Develops custom reports Performs mass data uploads (EIBs) Makes recommendations for process (non-technology) and business process (technology-enabled) changes Performs data integrity audits Tests new functionality relating to projects and/or Workday upgrades Works with IS&T team to assist in the implementation of enhancements and new modules ?????????Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Experience and Skills: Two to Four years of Workday HCM experience including the maintenance of supervisory organizations, positions, security and reporting Three to Six years of additional HR experience (as a generalist or specialty area such as Recruiting, Compensation, or Benefits) Familiarity with Principles of Project Management (e.g., project planning methodologies, project phases, roles and responsibilities identification, risk recognition, etc.) Exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required Knowledge and Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred
