Description The Manager, Finance - Supply Chain will be a key member of the Operations Finance team in its support for the global Operations function to deliver Safe, Quality, Low Cost Tonnes for our customers and exceptional shareholder returns. As the primary finance business partner supporting the Global Supply Chain and Procurement function, you will have the opportunity to maximize and influence our performance on +$2B of annual spend, across our 15 plants spanning six continents.? Location Baltimore, Stamford, New York City, or OKC Responsibilities and Duties The successful candidate will be expected to: Be accountable for Global Supply Chain reporting, analysis, and Key Performance Indicators that connect Supply Chain performance to global financial performance. Leverage reporting, analysis, and business partnering to generate actions that maximize results and improve the financial performance of the business. Drive recurring financial planning processes such as forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. Leverage tools, processes, and business partners to efficiently produce monthly reports that demonstrates performance of key indicators. Efficiently manage large, disparate sets of data and convert it into meaningful information that connects the performance of the Supply Chain function to the financial results of the business. Support business partners with various, ad hoc financial analysis. Work independently and be self-motivated to make a difference. Be trustworthy and reliable, and able to consistently meet deadlines and commitments. Qualifications The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, professional and well-rounded individual with strong financial aptitude and excellent planning skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of data and identify meaningful information within it. Ability to leverage investigate skills and interest in financial data understand and explain performance trends, variances, and events. An attention to detail that delivers accurate analysis with a high degree of data integrity. Demonstrated ability to deliver rational reviews, identify financial outliers, and isolate the outliers from normal financial data trends. Experienced in financial analysis, including performance variance analysis, KPI reporting, make vs buy, P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and Cash Flow. Experience in partnering with IT and business partners to improve data warehouse capabilities and reports to support analysis and reporting. Demonstrated success as a cross functional business partner, with the ability to make relationships and work as a team to drive improvements. Experience at presenting data and analysis in a clear, efficient way. Advanced MS Excel skills required. Experience with multiple currencies preferred.
