Scope:The Facility Security Officer (FSO) will be responsible for supervising and directing security measures necessary for implementing the requirements of TTM Technologies' Security Procedure Manual in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains the Industrial Security database (ISFD) for the company through DSS, and the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
- Maintains the Insider Threat Program
- Maintains databases and government portals related to personnel and facility clearances for the Syracuse facility
- Coordination with TTM corporate security personnel in all aspects of the security program including interactions with customer and government personnel
- Planning and monitoring classified information
- Investigating and reporting security violations and adverse information reports with the cognizant government security agency
- Classified Document Custodian
- Conducting general and program-specific briefings
- Coordinating information security and plant protection activities
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with government and external customers
- Participates in the development of and conducts security education programs
- Directs employees in the proper application process for security clearances using Eqip
- Request, process and track Common Access Cards (CAC) for company personnel
- Maintains Foreign Visits Request (FVR)
- Responsible for all forms of visitor control, including Contractor Badge Process
- Main contact to work with Alarm system for Closed Area and room access
- Support ISSM and ISSO with Closed Area knowledge and briefings
- Conduct new employee briefings and badging
- Conducts Initial Indoctrination briefings for newly cleared employees
- Conducts Reinvestigation clearance process on all cleared employees
- Supports all classified hardware & document shipments
- Support visits and inspections; provide keying material to all users; ensures accountability of all material; provides disposition/destruction guidance and ensuring proper destruction of material.
- OPSEC manager for the company
- Maintains the secure telephone systems for the company, manage KSV-21 and STE systems
- Supports the Information Security and Physical Security Programs in the assessment of spaces and equipment for storing and handling material
- Interprets and applies the NISPOM Handbook and other relevant publications to ensure compliance with government requirements and regulations
- Provide support to Property Administration Operations as identified by management and performs other related duties as assigned Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance
- Experience in the development and directing of security education programs and conducting internal investigations
- Experience in the maintenance of security files for all cleared employees
- Experience in establishing and maintaining working relationships with government and external customers
- Management of security needs of the resident leadership; visitors, parent company, and government customers Education and Experience:Education: Bachelor of Science Degree and/or Military experience preferred Experience: 8+ years of FSO experience Export Statement:
