Scope:Manages the Component Products Business Area (BA) by providing leadership, and direction to execute programs to meet both business and program objectives, maintain and strengthen customer relationships, supporting the TTM Aerospace and Defense growth objectives and development of any assigned resources (both direct and indirect reports). Duties and Responsibilities:Business Management:
- Responsible for generating and maintaining Component Products business plan, ensuring that the Component Products business is aligned with strategic business and technical goals
- Responsible for meeting Component Products program's delivery and financial performance goals; will support rigorous business cadence of program and functional reviews (as defined by management)
- Utilizes and enforces the standard business tools for tracking Component Products program's program and financial performance (including accuracy/validity of cost estimates & models)
- Monitors progress and effectiveness of all Component Products projects on a regular basis and implements corrective actions as required
- Ensures that program execution issues are dealt with in an efficient and cost effective manner, including cross department resources when necessary
- Responsible for supporting long-range business & technical strategies consistent with business and corporate goals and objectives
- Supports TTM A & D activities related to potential mergers/acquisitions that would impact the Components Business Area and works to ensure the success of any resulting intra-company Component product lines
- Will manage Component Products programs within the BATeam Leadership:
- Sets high-level project goals and objectives for any direct reports and project teams within the Component Products BA. Ensures that the documented project management process is followed by the team in accordance with TTM ISO-9002 requirements
- Work with RFES Program Directors to establish and maintain a system for efficiently allocating and managing program resources within the group
- Develops written job descriptions, performance standards, objectives and measurements for any assigned staff
- Responsible for hiring, mentoring, developing goals, providing feedback and/or discipline, professional development/career growth, and annual performance reviews for any assigned project personnel. Customer & New Scope/Business Management:
- Supports Component Products pricing strategies, ensuring future costs and pricing meet market and internal margin demands, for new business non-recurring engineering efforts, Internal R & D (IRAD), and recurring pricing/Long Term Agreements (where applicable)
- Responsible for supporting the overall customer management strategy as defined in the BA business plan
- Responsible for building, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships for established programs, while seeking collaborative opportunities within customer base for adjacent and future programs
- Interfaces with key customer personnel, internal business development, sales managers and outside representatives
- Responsible for supporting Bids and Proposals for development programs and new business per proposal process map (includes setting costs targets of products and projects, supporting TINA and/or CAPA data analysis as required). This includes generating program artifacts to facilitate efficient baselining in anticipation of contract award

- Broad based program management experience: Evidence of managing large efforts involved in both product development (full life cycle: concept through production release) and service-type programs, successfully delivering cost, schedule and financial outcomes

- Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- PMI Certification preferredEducation and Experience:Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or BusinessExperience: Minimum of 8 years related Aerospace & Defense experience and must be a US Citizen eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance Export Statement:Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Reinforce to all employees the commitment of TTM management to abide by all US Export laws and regulations. c) Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL). d) Support Export Compliance Officers and others in their efforts to ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures, provide training to all facilities and departments and support periodic audits as required. e) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
