Digital Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: Participate and engage directly in market-facing activities (e.g., trade associations, boards, conferences and other client-facing activities) Assume a leadership role for Stage 0 deals including New Business Meeting presentation and material creation Personally develops and sustains Virtusa and alliance partner executive relationships through personal meetings, presentations, business networking and/or other business or social gatherings Identifies and qualifies specific sales opportunities and effectively transitions the opportunities to capture teams. Focus is on originating profitable deals that can be successfully closed and delivered as sold. Understand and stay current with technology trends and innovative solutions in the market. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of different technology solutions; effectively articulate Virtusa?s solution offerings and capabilities. Present and evangelize solution offerings and capabilities to Virtusa, alliance partners and clients Participate in and/or lead win strategy sessions where appropriate Helps develop and maintain sales collateral specific to focused solution areas Basic Qualifications: 3- 10years of experience in one or more of the following: Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel Experience in building professional relationships High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure Strong facilitation and communication skills ? both written and verbal Proven record as a team player Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for a large business entity Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executive Experience selling in competitive markets and assessing multiple solutions and system integrators Understanding of Professional Services / System Integration organizations Ability to comprehend, synthesize, and report on data and metrics Experience creating and presenting executive level briefings and sales data analysis Experience preparing business plans Experience managing opportunity pipelines
