Sr. CRM manager (ecommerce)

Zenni is seeking an experienced strategic Senior CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving the CRM strategy as it relates to the execution of email, SMS, loyalty and referral programs. This role will offer the chance to explore, propose and execute data driven customer communication strategies and touch points. Essential Functions Experience with customer nurture cycles Deep understanding of customer data and appending first party data with other sources Ability to create strategy and implement strong email and SMS programs as part of a holistic CRM cycle Initiative A/B testing to consistently improve on performance and sales Manage overall marketing and promotions calendar and ensure timely execution of all content. Build out loyalty program and iterate on existing referral program to help create brand loyalty and affinity Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities Develop messaging across channels, both online and offline, strategically tailoring to different audience segments Ensure marketing message consistency and adherence to brand guidelines Coordinate and execute advertising and promotions that support and are consistent with marketing and brand goals Be the consumer champion and work closely with Merchandising to identify key consumer insights that can be leveraged in marketing channels Conduct competitive analysis to highlight company’s strengths/weaknesses vs. competition and develop plans to enhance company business based on these insights. Ability to inform inputs and strategy as it relates to Customer Data Platforms and lead strategic and targeted marketing campaigns If this sounds like a great fit, we'd love to hear from you!
