Foundry Manager

We are seeking a Foundry Manager for an outstanding company in Syracuse, NY.
This is a direct hire role available due to expansion of the management team!

Your role:
• As the Foundry Manager, you will overseeing daily operations and staff as they manufacture high quality products from raw castings to finished product
• Pursue continuous improvement in areas such as scrap reduction and productivity increases while minimizing cost
• You will lead process, safety and quality initiatives

Background Profile:
• AAS degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Management or related field. A BS degree is preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience within a Foundry
• High energy, organized, and possess leadership skills
